Meet the coachesCatherine Bortolotti
Catherine Bortolotti is the coach performing the "My Motivations and Competencies package," and the "My French CV package “at My Next Path, Inc. With a degree in engineering from Institut de Chimie et Physique Industrielles, in Lyon, France, Catherine began her career as an engineer in the automotive industry for Mecaplast, a Monaco-based auto parts manufacturer.
After a few years on the technical side, she undertook a competency assessment (known as "bilan de competences" in France), and found her next path as a recruiter for the automotive industry at RH Partners, a nationwide human resources agency in France. Over the following years, she successfully conducted more than 80 searches for companies in the automotive industry, the aerospace domain and the chemical and pharmaceutical fields, among others.
In 2003, Catherine started to coach professionals looking for a new job or a career change, as well as foreigners wishing to start a career in France. In 2006, she relocated to the U.S., and adjusted to her new environment. She now assists clients, in French and English, and guides them toward their new project. She is also a recruiter for DSML Executive Search, a retained executive search firm focused on recruiting executives for the North American operations of European companies.
