Meet the coach

Myriam Le Cannellier

Myriam Le Cannellier is the founder and president of My Next Path, Inc. Her decision to create the company was motivated by her own life experience and her professional background.
Myriam Le Cannellier holds a degree in Engineering, Agronomy from ENSFA (Rennes, France) and a Master in Marketing from HEC business School (Paris, France). She worked in France in different Marketing and Communication positions, in multinational companies (Nestlé and Steelcase).

In 1997, she relocated to Argentina, where she joined one of the top local executive search companies, Bertoni & Asociados, becoming one of their partners. This relocation was an important step, both as a personal and professional experience. Not only she had to develop new skills to make her new activity a success, but she also integrated in a new cultural environment and developed entrepreneurial spirit.

After five years in Buenos Aires, in 2002, she moved to Florida with her family, facing again the challenges of a new relocation. She hired a coach to help her defining her professional project, while discovering the personal benefit of volunteer work in a non-for profit bilingual school. She decided to move on with her vision and My Next Path, Inc was launched at the end of 2004.

A year later, she moved to Chicago with her family and relocated My Next Path’s activities, thus adding one more time a first hand experience on the topic of relocation and career adjustment.
In the summer of 2007, she partnered with Doug Seville, a seasoned Human Resource consultant, to create DSML Executive Search, a retained executive search firm, focused on recruiting executives for the North American operations of European companies. The firm brings a unique approach by coaching the candidates who are hired by its clients.

Myriam Le Cannellier is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
